Establishment in 2009, XinLongXiang Plastic is a global PVC inflatable toy supplier for export. Our product range includes inflatable water ski tubes, boats, swimming rings, kayaks, promotional products, airbeds, sofas and swimming pools.
We have a workshop that covers an area of over 10,000 square meters with 200 staff and equipped with state-of-the-art high frequency machines imported from Taiwan including 22 sets of 4KW, six sets of 5KW, four sets of 8KW, two sets of 15KW, two sets of 35KW, one set of 100KW and 80 sets of sewing machines.
Our production cycle are well launched by establishing MFG, QC, assembly, printing, mold fabrication, technology, sample development and sewing machine department, which enable us to meet different requirements of inflatable products with varieties.
We have three R&D staff with three years' experience that can produce two new products monthly, which has a development cycle of seven days. We also have two QC staff with two years' experience that follow strict quality control to ensure high quality products.
